Yay! I finally got my own domain, thanks to Sam of A Mom’s Life and Loves. She guided me from buying to setting up. Thanks sis!
I always wanted one but quite hesitant because I know nothing about web design, etc. Well you don’t need it after all. All you need is a few clicks then you can blog it away! My blog is still hosted by blogger.
But having my own domain means I’m back to square one. All my stats are back to zero. So I need your help as always.

Congrats Yuuki! I purchased mine as well but and I will change the PINKVILLE url first… I might buy one for overcashed. I don't know yet. Or I might just use it on my NEW BLOG.

Do you have an idea how much the 2nd yr renewal will cost us? I wanna purchase 1 more .com but I'm not sure if I can afford to renew it if ever.
Hope they'll have promo again next year! lol or else the lowest price I know is $10 for domain name

How much does it cost?
yuuki, may problem ka ba sa domain mo, so far? minsan kasi nakikita ko parin yung page ng godaddy. same as yung sa lizspeaks ni liz kapag vinivisit ko.
yuuki, please make sure that under Settings > Publishing > Advanced Settings under your domain, the box stating Redirect itsnotalwaysaboutme.com to http://www.itsnotalwaysaboutme.com SHOULD BE CHECKED ha. this is to avoid people seeing the godaddy homepage. minsan kasi nasanay na tayo na wala ng www when typing the domain.
@Sam, nakacheck naman but still nagkakaproblem pa din as what realm said…
yuuki..sige check ko ha. kasi sakin naman hindi. it works fine so far. try mo kaya magsubmit ng helpdesk question sa godaddy? it's not a problem with the domain itself. sa setup lang yan sis.
hi sis! i checked with godaddy, ganun din nangyayari sa domain ko with bloggerhub. so what i did, login ka sa godaddy account mo. remember yung domain manager? yung may letter D na small black button.. andun yung nameservers, forwarding, etc.. click mo yung forwarding. then enter mo lang http://www.itsnotalwaysaboutme.com. it worked for me. hope this helps!
