I got a nosebleed last night and during a gym/ group exercise session. I had to stop in the middle, lie down for a while and washed my face (to cool down). When the bleeding stopped, I decided to return to the class. Since I’m there I had to finish the class by hook or by crook, even with a nosebleed. I just regularly check if there are still bleeding but didn’t want to go home after days of missing the gym.
Thinking back I might had it because
1. A hot guy/ girl is in front of you
I’ve been having one-on-one meeting with this super cute and hot manager about a new project almost every day.
2. Extreme use of the English language
The cute manager is of different nationality and of course I have to present my ideas in English.
3. Hot temperature
It’s really hot in here. Yesterday alone it was 45C. I work in the office but still when you go out even for a second, it’s like you’re at the back of an oven or pugon.
4. Medical condition
I have a very sensitive blood vessel on my nose (as my doctor said) so changes in the temperature, humidity, blood pressure can cause these nosebleeds. I was advised to buy Tonimer Soft Nasal Spray to moisturize my nostrils.
I was laughing at myself for my crazy ideas but hey I know my body more and am sure I got those nosebleeds from all those 4 reasons.
Do you have any other crazy or fact reasons for a nosebleed?

haha… I know the feeling…had nosebleed everytime my daughter gets angry…she speaks straight english. it’s not that she grew up using english at home but she could express well in english. What I do is just listen until my nose bled…lol…:D
The culprit might have to be either 1 or 2. Lol! This post has got me laughing! Hahaha!
Seriously, though, I hope you’re feeling better now.
Nakaka relate ako kasi laging nag nosebleed yun bunso ko lalo na pag sobrang init.
Nice reason for having nosebleed.
Some natural doctors said that your blood is too thin. You shoould eat foods rich in iron like green leafy veggies to make your blood a little thick to prevent nosebleeds. Hope this will help.
This is a message to the webmaster. I discovered your “http://www.itsnotalwaysaboutme.com/2012/07/nosebleed-2.html” page via Google but it was difficult to find as you were not on the first page of search results. This means you are missing out on a lot of web traffic from the search engines. I have found a website which offers to dramatically increase your rankings and traffic to your site: http://venueseo.com/7-day-free-trial. I managed to get close to 1000 visitors/day using their services, you could also get lot more targeted visitors from Google than you have now. Hope this helps
Take care.
